Every order is carefully packaged and shipped by our team. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you select. All available options and exact costs will be shown before you finalize your order.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. Threesuits is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues after shipment.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact info@threesuits.com. Lost package claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund, replacement, or other resolution is at the sole discretion of threesuits.
If tracking shows your package as delivered, threesuits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered 24–48 hours before arrival.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. threesuits is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@threesuits.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and original packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
Returns & Refunds
Each ThreeSuits collection is produced in limited quantities. To preserve the integrity of every set and ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unopened collection, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. The Courtside Collection is available for preorder in limited quantities. Placing a preorder reserves your collection and guarantees priority fulfillment once production is complete.
Payment is collected at the time your preorder is placed. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided as a guide and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant updates if timelines change.
Because each preorder is reserved specifically for you, all preorder sales are final. Preorders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Your threesuits products are designed to be enjoyed for years to come. With a little care, they'll stay looking as beautiful as the day they arrived.
Acrylic Tile Care
Handle your acrylic tiles with clean, dry hands whenever possible. To help preserve their color and finish, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, and never leave them inside a hot vehicle.
For everyday care, gently wipe away fingerprints or smudges with a soft microfiber cloth. If a deeper clean is needed, use a lightly damp microfiber cloth with water or a small amount of mild soap, then dry immediately with a clean cloth to prevent water spots.
Avoid using alcohol, acetone, glass cleaners, abrasive cleaners, or other chemical solvents, as these products may damage the acrylic or painted artwork.
Mahjong Mat Care
Your threesuits mahjong mat is designed for years of game nights and memories.
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or spot clean with mild soap and water. For a deeper clean, machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water, then allow your mat to air dry completely. Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, high heat, or place your mat in the dryer.
For detergent, we recommend a gentle, non-harsh formula. One of our favorites is Molly's Suds® Laundry Detergent, which is free from harsh chemicals and works beautifully for keeping your mat fresh while helping protect the fabric and printed design.
To help preserve its shape, store your mat rolled or laid flat when not in use.

Our online store is hosted by Squarespace, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.1. Eligibility and Site Use

Title to and risk of loss pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

ThreeSuits is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, manufacturing delays, supply chain interruptions, transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, or technology failures.
