  • if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@threesuits.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund. 

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • Tile Care Instructions

    With proper care, your acrylic tiles will stay clear, vibrant, and smooth for years to come. Handle your tiles with clean, dry hands. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color. Keep away from heat and do not leave in hot vehicles. Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth for fingerprints or smudges. For deeper cleaning, use a lightly damp cloth with water or mild soap. Dry immediately to prevent water spots. Avoid alcohol, acetone, glass cleaners, or chemical solvents.

    Mat Care (a few thoughtful suggestions):
    Crafted from durable neoprene, your mat is designed to hold up beautifully. For the occasional spill, place it in the washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle with a mild detergent, washing it on its own. Once complete, lay flat to air dry and allow up to 24 hours for it to fully dry.
    For everyday upkeep, a gentle spot clean or quick lint roll will keep it looking its best.
    While we can’t guarantee every stain will lift, this is a reliable place to start.
